To Say The LEast - THE BAND BACK STORY

To Say The Least is a band that had its earliest start around 2008. Cody Zinck and Blake Ellender were in marching band together and often found themselves discussing music beyond what they were learning for school. One day, Cody happened to mention that he had been dabbling in writing music and wanted to start a band. Surprised, Blake pulled out a crude recording he had been working on and immediately showed it to Cody. Then and there, they agreed to start what would become To Say The Least. Quickly after they were joined by another friend Cortni Meeks. 

For over a decade, and with a rotating cast of characters, the band has been steadily honing their craft to create a full-length album and record it themselves. Cortni has taken the reigns as the audio mixer. Michael Putt has joined the team to help fill out the music ensemble as the bass guitarist.

UPCOMING

Currently, they are working on music for the album The Shape Our Reality Takes. This album will be accompanied by visuals from Smells Like Revenge Productions.

Smells LIke Revenge Productions - THE Visuals’ Back Story

Hi, I am Blake Ellender. Smells Like Revenge Productions got its start as an independent blog for my photography in high school. Through the years it has grown as a place for my various visual artistic endeavors. Over the years I have gone to school for Science, Biomedical Engineering, and Mathematics. Through this education, I have learned to code AI and Machine Learning which I have implemented to help speed up my ability to animate. All of these visual projects have been created by hand but the resolution has been upped and the noise has been reduced with in-house software. The goal of Smells Like Revenge is to inspire and connect through the combination of Art, Music, Science, and Nature.
